Concept

In exchange for the downside of the Leader being unable to attack, Vivi lets all Characters become able to attack with [Rush], and her effect even lets you draw a card. Aggressively activate the [When Attacking] effect to show unique capabilities for surprise attacks in this mid to high-speed deck.

Deck Breakdown

Early Game

"OP04-001 Nefeltari Vivi" is multicolored and has 5 life, but carries the disadvantage of "This Leader cannot attack."
On the other hand, this allows her to utilize "OP04-002 Igaram" and "OP04-006 Koza" without feeling their downsides of giving your Leader's power -5000.

With 3000 power, "OP04-006 Koza" is easily K.O.'d before his "When Attacking" effect can activate.
By giving him Rush with Vivi, you can essentially make him a formidable 5000 power attacker for just 3 cost.

Mid Game

Characters are often left vulnerable after being played, with their [When Attacking] effects not realized if the opponent takes them down before they can attack,
but not with this deck. The K.O. [When Attacking] effects of "OP01-017 Nico Robin," "OP04-008 Chaka," and "OP04-013 Pell" used with Rush can clear the field in the midgame.

Between the cost for Characters and the cost 2 for the Leader effect, the "Don!! x1" when attacking may feel like a burden.
But if you play ST01-007 Nami early in the game, you can make this effect easier to use for better attacking.

End Game

When you build up more DON!! Cards, give Rush to high-powerful characters for destructive attacks.
With the [On Play] effect of "ST03-009 Donquixote Doflamingo," you can return the opponent's Blockers to their hand and attack with Rush, pushing them into a corner.

Characters rested by attacking with Rush are left vulnerable to opponent attacks. Use your card advantage drawn with the Leader effect, keeping an eye on your life and the field.
"OP04-017 Happiness Punch" is an effective counter for the non-attacking Leader, especially handy against cards with multiple attacks like "ST02-001 Eustass Kid" and "OP03-076 Rob Lucci."
