Starting on September 1st, 2025, certain events may be assigned a Regional Number.
For events that have the Regional Number Settings, the condition for participation will be the possession of the participant's ID issued in the same numbered region.

Deck Construction Rules
Within the same team, you cannot use duplicate leader cards that share the same card number.
Cards with the same card number may be included up to 4 copies per player, allowing a maximum of 12 copies in a 3‑player team.
(Except for cards that are allowed to be included in unlimited quantities by the rules.)
Leader cards with the same card number are limited to 1 per team.
