RECOMMENDED DECKS(Green/Black) Issho
Concept
Using Issho's Leader effect, as well as Characters' [When Attacking] effects and resting [Activate: Main] effects, you can safely build a card advantage. If Koby and Monkey.D.Garp stay in play, they can remove Characters almost every turn, restricting the opponent's freedom.

Deck Breakdown
Early Game
"ST02-007 Jewelry Bonney" and "OP01-052 Raizo" have powerful effects providing a card advantage every turn they stay in play, but having low power, they're easily finished off if they end the turn rested.
The effect of "OP04-020 Issho" is geared at protecting such Characters, allowing you to inccrease your hand size early in the game. It isn't an absolute must, but in turns where you have plenty of DON!!, you can activate it aggressively.
When you have no more rested Characters, attacks will come at your Leader.
Plan in advance to build up your hand as you're attacked, using K.O. effects from card combos and "OP01-051 Eustass Kid" with Blocker.
Mid Game
Use K.O effects to affect the field.
"ST08-004 Koby" is an easy target when rested, but if he stays active he'll be a thorn in the opponent's side.
"OP04-083 Sabo" will keep him from being K.O.'d by effects, confounding the opponent.
From the mid-game, playing with your remaining Life in mind becomes vital.
If you set up in advance, it'll be easier to play finishing cards at the end of the game, so consider high-cost cards in your hand as you play.
End Game
You can use high-cost finishers as a foothold for an upset.
Pair "OP01-051 Eustass Kid" with Blocker to build a wall, or combine "OP02-121 Kuzan" with "ST08-004 Koby" and "ST06-012 Monkey.D.Garp" for major Character removal.
In either case, building up the number of Blockers in play and counters in your hand will provide you with security.
Even if a Blocker is used to attack, Issho's Leader effect can set it as active again.
In an endgame where both you and your opponent are trying for a finisher, this can let you make safe attacks,
