Concept

A deck featuring the new red Leader [Silvers Rayleigh], also known as the Dark King. You can't use cards with a cost of 5 or more, but your Leader's effect lets you power up low-cost Characters as long as you have 2 Event cards in hand, which is perfect for aggressive play. Master all three types of Haki Events and discover a whole new style of play with this deck!

Deck Breakdown

Early Game

Your Leader "OP12-001 Silvers Rayleigh" prevents you from including any cards with a cost of 5 or more in your deck, making this a deck focused on low-cost Characters and Events.
Your first aim should be securing 2 Events in hand to enable you to use your Leader's [Activate: Main] effect.
Play cards such as "OP12-006 Shakuyaku" and "OP12-014 Boa Hancock" to help you secure 2 Event cards.

Even low-cost Characters whose primary purpose is to search for cards can become potent attackers by using this Leader's effect.
Use your Leader's [Activate: Main] effect to reveal 2 Event cards from your hand to give +2000 power to a Character with a base power of 4000 or less.
If you use this on the 3000 power "OP12-014 Boa Hancock", you can attack with 5000 power without even having to give any DON!! cards.

Mid Game

This [Silvers Rayleigh] deck focuses more on dealing damage through repeated attacks rather than sheer power. Build up your Characters, then use their numbers to press the offensive in the mid-game.
"OP12-015 Monkey.D.Luffy" is an excellent attacker that allows you play 2 Characters at once and give DON!! cards, as long as you have 2 Events in hand.
If you give a total of 2 or more DON!! cards to your Leader or other Characters, he gains +2000 power, allowing you to use your DON!! cards efficiently to power up different cards up at the same time for multiple attacks.

"OP12-017 Color of Observation Haki" is a powerful Event that lets you search for attackers such as "OP12-015 Monkey.D.Luffy" and "OP12-009 Jinbe".
Reveal it with your Leader's effect, then play it to efficiently replenish the Characters in your hand.
If you already have enough Events in hand, you can also play this when you want to give active DON!! cards to your Leader.

End Game

Once you've reduced your opponent's Life, you can start using Events directly from your hand instead of revealing them.
Use "OP12-016 To Never Doubt--That Is Power!" to give your Leader 2 active DON!! cards, and then boost its power with "OP12-019 Color of Arms Haki" to go for the finishing blow.
These Events also have [Counter] effects that give +2000 power, making them strong options for defense as well.

If your opponent's attacks are hitting hard, try using "OP12-018 Color of the Supreme King Haki".
Not only does it bolster you defense by giving a card +2000 power for no cost, but you can also give all of your opponent's cards −1000 power by resting 1 DON!! card.
It's a potent [Counter] that only becomes stronger when used in a [Silvers Rayleigh] deck.
