Concept
The Purple Leader [Donquixote Doflamingo] has the ability to manipulate the targets of his opponents' attacks in exchange for 1 DON!! card. The Donquixote Pirates assembled in this deck also include many Characters with an [On K.O.] effect, making them well-suited as targets for redirected attacks. Switch the target of attacks to Donquixote Pirates with an [On K.O.] effect to divert your opponent's attacks and unleash a barrage of powerful effects on them.

Deck Breakdown
Early Game
Leader "OP14-060 Donquixote Doflamingo" allows you to spend 1 DON!! card when your opponent attacks to change the target of the attack to either your Leader or a Character with the {Donquixote Pirates} type.
Characters with an [On K.O.] effect make an excellent match for this. Start by using "OP10-078 I Do Not Forgive Those Who Laugh at My Family!!!" to gather Characters with an [On K.O.] effect.
"OP14-067 Dellinger" is one such Character that you can play in the early game.
Its [On K.O.] effect allows you to gather Characters with the {Donquixote Pirates} type, making it a great fit for this deck, and it also serves as an ideal target for attacks due to being able to replenish the DON!! cards used by your Leader effect.
Aim to play it early on to allow you to replenish your hand with more Characters while using your Leader effect.
Mid Game
Continuously using your Leader effect will lead to you having less DON!! cards than your opponent. Try to play cards that will allow you to replenish the DON!! cards you spend.
The [On Play] effect of "OP14-074 Monet" adds DON!! cards, and its [On K.O.] effect gives you an additional 2 DON!! cards while allowing you to manage your hand. "OP14-071 Pica" also allows you to add 1 active DON!! card at the end of your turn.
Focus on playing these Characters to ensure you always have a steady supply of DON!! cards available to power your Leader's effect.
Cards such as "OP14-074 Monet" and "OP14-071 Pica" can be used to their full potential when played using "OP10-071 Donquixote Doflamingo".
Aim to build up a stock of {Donquixote Pirates} type characters to play using "OP10-071 Donquixote Doflamingo" in the mid-game.
End Game
"OP14-069 Donquixote Doflamingo" decreases the amount of times your opponent can attack while you take control of the long game. Its [On Play] effect allows you to either K.O. one of your opponent's Characters with a cost of 8 or less or prevent them from resting up to 3 of their Characters with a cost of 7 or less. The effect of your Leader "OP14-060 Donquixote Doflamingo" becomes more potent the less your opponent is able to attack. Assess the situation when deciding which aspect of this [On Play] effect to use and choose the one which will most limit your opponent's Characters.
The high defensive capabilities of "OP14-060 Donquixote Doflamingo" make it an appealing card to have in the late game.
Use it in conjunction with the [On K.O.] effect of "OP14-072 Baby 5", which allows you to add to your Life cards, and your ability to change the target of your opponent's attacks to safely weather any attack your opponent throws at you.
Continue to use your Leader effect and [On K.O.] effects to defend against your opponent's attacks, and aim to set up a situation that will allow you to seize victory on your next turn.
