RECOMMENDED DECKS(Blue) Jinbe
Concept
Introducing a new blue [Jinbe] deck. Jinbe's [Activate: Main] gives up to 2 rested DON!! to its allied Characters in exchange for trashing 1 card from your hand. Additionally, when you trash a card using your own effect, you can activate the effects of many other powerful Characters. Play plenty of {Fish-Man} or {Merfolk} type cards, and use your Leader's effect to hand out DON!! cards.

Deck Breakdown
Early Game
"OP14-040 Jinbe" is a strong and aggressive Leader, whose [Activate: Main] allows you to discard 1 card to give out 2 DON!! to your {Fish-Man} or {Merfolk} Leader or Characters.
In the early game, focus on playing a lot of small characters that can attack thanks to the DON!! bestowed by your Leader's effect.
"OP14-042 Arlong" and "OP14-050 Chew" are both great choices, since they allow you to draw cards on play, helping you maintain the hand size necessary to use your Leader's effect consistently.
Mid Game
Continue playing out more Characters. The [On Play] effect from "OP14-043 Aladine" allows you to play a {Fish-Man} or {Merfolk} type Character card with a cost of 3 or less.
"OP14-045 Kuroobi" is a particularly potent Character to play this way. "OP14-045 Kuroobi" gains [Rush] when a card is trashed from your hand by an effect, allowing it to attack immediately while still benefiting from the DON!! granted by your Leader's effect.
Both "OP14-043 Aladine" and "OP14-045 Kuroobi" have effects that draw cards [On K.O.], meaning that you can replenish your hand with cards even if they are K.O.'d by an opponent.
As you continue to use your Leader's effect, your hand size will gradually dwindle. This is the best time to play "OP14-054 Fisher Tiger".
"OP14-054 Fisher Tiger" allows you to draw 3 cards [On Play], which can help you replenish the cards you lost from using your Leader's effect.
However, as long as "OP14-054 Fisher Tiger" is in play, you must trash cards from your hand until you have 5 cards left in your hand at the end of your turn. So if you end up with more than 5 cards in your hand due to drawing a lot of cards, use your Leader's effect to adjust the number of cards in your hand.
End Game
Bring out "OP14-049 Jinbe". You can play it at a cost of 8, but it will be more powerful if you play it on a turn where you have 10 DON!! cards.
[On Play], if you rest 2 of your DON!! cards, you can activate an effect that lets you draw 2 cards and return a Character with a cost of 7 or less to the owner's hand. In addition, when a card is trashed from your hand by an effect, "OP14-049 Jinbe" gains [Rush] during that turn.
Return your opponent's Blockers to their hand and discard the cards you drew with your Leader effect to quickly gain a lot of DON!! for "OP14-049 Jinbe" and secure victory.
If you want to deliver your final blow but are lacking DON!! to give with your Leader, use "OP14-046 Koala".
Prepare two rested DON!! when putting it into play, then use its [Activate: Main] to trash itself and let one of your {Fish-Man} or {Merfolk} type Leader or Characters get +2000 power that turn.
Use your "OP14-046 Koala" as your ace and attack your opponent with an unexpected burst of power!
