Manipulate your allies' power levels with Chambres! A technical Supernovas deck!

Concept

[Trafalgar Law] makes a new appearance as a red Leader. This time he has the ability to swap his allies' power levels. Aim to play smaller {Supernovas} type Characters with effects that can be activated when their power increases, then swap their powers with those of heavy hitters played in the late game to unleash a multitude of devastating attacks.

Early Game

Red Leader "OP14-001 Trafalgar Law" has a unique effect that allows you to choose two of your {Supernovas} type Characters and swap their base powers.
This means that even your lower-power {Supernovas} type Characters have the potential to be attackers if you have any powerful {Supernovas} type Characters on your field.
For example, "OP14-013 Monkey.D.Luffy" has 0 power, but that shouldn't pose a problem with this Leader. Use your Leader's effect to swap its power with another card's, then use its [When Attacking] effect to lower your opponent's power while going on the offensive.

You'll want to make sure you always have Characters available for "OP14-001 Trafalgar Law" to swap their powers.
To keep your field well-stocked, make use of the [On K.O.] effect of "OP14-010 Basil Hawkins" to play a {Supernovas} type Character with 2000 power or less from your deck.
Even if your [Basil Hawkins] is K.O.'d after you swap its power with another card and use it to attack, you can immediately obtain another card to use as a target for your Leader's effect, making it an important card to play early on.

Mid Game

Aim to play your lower-power Characters first before bringing out your heavy hitters.
You can use the [On Play] effect of "OP14-014 Eustass"Captain"Kid" to play a {Supernovas} type Character with 2000 power or less from your hand, allowing you to immediately build up a stock of cards to swap power with, such as "OP14-002 Urouge". Its 5000 power also makes it a reliable attacker. Although it will be unable to attack during the turn in which it's played, you can use your Leader's effect to swap its power with a Character played on a previous turn, allowing that Character to attack in its stead.

"OP14-016 X.Drake" has 7000 power, making it a powerful mid-game attacker. Its effect, which allows it to protect Characters that would be removed from the field by your opponent's effects by lowering your Leader's power instead, also gives it high defensive capabilities. Protect Characters with its effect, then swap the power of those Characters with that of [X.Drake] to continuously unleash a barrage of powerful attacks.

End Game

Your Leader's effect is also a perfect fit for Characters with [Rush]. "OP14-015 Roronoa Zoro" and "OP14-009 Trafalgar Law" are both powerful {Supernovas} Characters that also have [Rush].
Use [Rush] to attack immediately, then use your Leader's effect to swap their power with another Character's so you can attack your opponent again with the same amount of power. Play plenty of strong {Supernovas} Characters with [Rush] to further build up your offensive momentum.
"OP14-009 Trafalgar Law" also allows you to swap its power with your Leader's by trashing 2 cards when your opponent attacks. Aim to swap your Leader's power with that of a 10000 power card when your opponent threatens you with a powerful attacker to protect it from harm.

"OP14-004 Cavendish" can also be made into a powerful attacker with [Rush] when used together with your Leader's effect.
Play "OP14-004 Cavendish" after attacking with "OP14-009 Trafalgar Law", then use your Leader's ability to swap their powers while [Trafalgar Law] is still on the field to obtain a 10000 power Character with [Rush] for just 2 cost. This also allows you to preserve your DON!! cards. Distribute any remaining DON!! cards among the cards on your field and unleash a series of powerful attacks to deal the finishing blow.
