RECOMMENDED DECKS(Green/Black) Brook

March 13, 2026
Make a dramatic comeback even after your deck runs out with this decisive combo deck!

Concept

Introducing the Green/Black Leader Brook! This Leader has a special effect that makes it so you do not lose until the end of the turn, even if your deck hits 0 cards.
Its [Activate: Main] effect lets you trash 4 cards from the top of your deck, allowing you to set up a trash-based strategy, and it also triggers an additional effect when your deck hits 0 cards, which you can use to set 1 of your Characters as active. You can then give DON!! cards to that active Character so you can hit your opponent with powerful consecutive attacks!

Deck Breakdown

Early Game

"OP15-022 Brook" is a Leader that's all about reducing your deck to 0 and hitting your opponent with multiple attacks. During the early game, use your Leader's [Activate: Main] effect to reduce the number of cards in your deck.
To ensure you can pull off your consecutive attack strategy, you'll also want to use methods other than your Leader effect to thin your deck while attacking your opponent.
"OP15-085 Tony Tony.Chopper" is a versatile 2-cost Character that lets you trash 3 cards from the top of your deck using its [On Play] effect, and can use its [Activate: Main] effect to help you recover the cards you need by placing itself in the trash.

"OP 15-088 Pirates Docking Six" is a strong 7000 power card that also lets you trash 3 cards from the top of your deck with its [On Play] effect, and then allows you to play up to 1 {Straw Hat Crew} type Character card with a cost of 2 or less from your trash.
If you use this to bring out the "OP15-085 Tony Tony.Chopper" you just sent to your trash, you can trash a total of 6 cards while also replenishing your hand in the same turn. Having these two cards in the early game will give you a solid start.

Mid Game

After you've built up your trash, you can start deploying Characters whose strength scales with the number of cards in your trash.
"OP15-092 Monkey.D.Luffy", which grows stronger for every 10 cards in your trash, is designated as this deck's main attacker.
If there are 10 or more cards in your trash, its base power becomes 9000 and it gains +10 cost, making it a hard card to counter. At 20 or more cards, it boosts your Leader's power on your opponent's turn, helping you protect your Life cards.
At 30 or more cards, it reaches an imposing 10000 power, making it a major threat.

"OP15-086 Nami" only has a modest 6000 base power, but once you've set up your trash, its [On Play] effect becomes incredibly powerful.
It allows you to play up to 1 {Straw Hat Crew} type Character with a cost of 7 or less from your trash with [Rush], allowing it to attack your opponent immediately.
With a deck about constantly sending cards to the trash, it's absolutely possible for you to revive "OP15-092 Monkey.D.Luffy" and bring it back swinging with 10000 power.

End Game

By the time you've got all 10 of your DON!! cards in play, your deck is likely to be down to just a few cards. You'll want to coordinate your deck so that it reaches 0 cards on the exact turn you go for the win, so you can deliver the final blow with your Leader's [Activate Main] effect.
Play "OP15-032 Brook" from your hand or trash to rest your opponent's [Blocker], then stack your remaining DON!! cards on "OP15-092 Monkey.D.Luffy" while you've got an opening to go all-out on a powerful attack!
If it looks like you can completely deplete your opponent's Life cards, intentionally bring down your deck to 0 cards to use the [Activate: Main] effect of your Leader "OP15-032 Brook".
By launching consecutive attacks with the powerful "OP15-092 Monkey.D.Luffy" you can finish the game in one explosive last turn!

Thanks to your Leader's effect, you will survive till the end of the turn even if your deck reaches 0 cards.
To avoid running out of cards before you can defeat your opponent, carefully manage your deck count using your Leader's [Activate: Main] effect and steadily chip away at your opponent's Life cards with "OP15-092 Monkey.D.Luffy" and "OP15-086 Nami".
Be mindful of your timing, aim to execute your combo on a turn where your victory will be guaranteed and avoid jumping the gun, lest you lose on the next turn because your deck ran out.
