Introducing a new mono-blue [Rebecca] deck. By returning a {Dressrosa} type Character card to your hand, you can immediately play a 3-cost {Dressrosa} Character. By repeatedly reusing Characters that can replenish your hand with their [On Play] effect and continuously playing small 3-cost attackers, you can keep the pressure on your opponent while maintaining your hand size.

Deck Breakdown

Your Leader "OP15-039 Rebecca" cannot attack. However her [Activate: Main] effect gives her a unique ability: by resting her and returning a {Dressrosa} type Character to your hand, you can play a {Dressrosa} type Character with a cost of 3 or less from your hand. In the early game, play "OP15-053 Rebecca" and use her Leader effect to play 3-cost Characters without reducing your hand size.

You can start using the Leader effect of "OP15-039 Rebecca" right from Turn 1! Return "OP15-053 Rebecca" to your hand and swap her with the 3-cost "OP15-042 Kyros."
If you have any leftover DON!! cards, you can now play "OP15-053 Rebecca" again. Make use of her [On Play] effect while preparing for any swaps you're planning next turn.

Play medium-strength Characters while using your Leader's effect to efficiently expand your position.
"OP10-045 Cavendish" and "OP10-046 Kyros" cannot be played with this Leader effect, but they're both Characters with strong effects in themselves.
Use these strong Characters in combination with the 3-cost Characters played with your Leader effect to fight effectively.

Because you can use the Leader effect of "OP15-039 Rebecca" to play Characters, she has great synergy with Events.
"OP10-060 Barrier-Barrier Pistol" is a powerful Event, but its high cost makes it difficult to play Characters on the same turn.
However, this shouldn't be a problem thanks to the Leader effect of "OP15-039 Rebecca". Continue to play Characters while using powerful Events.

Make full use of your Leader's effect to corner your opponent with consecutive attacks.
Characters returned to your hand using the [Activate: Main] effect of "OP15-039 Rebecca" can be played again immediately if they cost 3 or less.
Combine this with "OP15-042 Kyros", whose [On Play] effect lets it gain [Rush] by trashing 1 card from your hand.
By using your Leader's effect to replay your Kyros after it's already attacked, you can gain [Rush] again and corner your opponent with back-to-back attacks.

"OP15-053 Rebecca" isn't just useful for swapping cards in the early game, but remains useful in the late game as well.
In addition to its [On Play] effect, it can also use [DON!! x1] to gain [Blocker].
When it's no longer necessary to use it to return cards to your hand, you can leave it on the field to use its [Blocker] as a means of defense.
