Concept

A deck with Foxy as Leader, built mainly around {Foxy Pirates} type cards. The Leader effect delays the attack of the opponent's Leader and Characters by a turn, letting you control time in the game. Finish it with a rapid knockout by Foxy!

Deck Breakdown

Early Game

To use the effect of Leader "OP07-059 Foxy," you'll need 3 Characters with {Foxy Pirates} in their type.
Begin by using a typical purple strategy to increase DON!! cards, gathering Characters.
If you have "OP07-072 Porche" in your early hand, you'll be able to search out and play Characters like "OP07-060 Itomimizu."

"OP07-066 Tony Tony Chopper" is an excellent blocker that can replenish DON!! Cards used for other effects.
If you can play him with the [On Play] effect of "OP07-072 Porche," you'll be able to get the DON!! cards used for Porche right back.

Mid Game

Once you get 3 {Foxy Pirates} Characters in play, you're ready to use your Leader's [When Attacking] effect!
You can slow down powerful attacking Characters, or the opponent Leader's troublesome [When Attacking] effects by a turn.
If you have "OP07-060 Itomimizu" or "OP05-074 Eustass"Captain"Kid," you'll be able to restore the DON!! used up by the Leader for DON!! -3.

Make strategic use of the Leader's effect, which expends 3 DON!! cards.
It'll also help you activate effects with a condition of having less DON!! cards than the opponent.
If you have "OP07-064 Sanji" in your hand, you can use limited DON!! cards for a power-6000 [Blocker] with a cost of 3.

End Game

"OP07-071 Foxy" is an ideal Character in that it recovers the DON!! Cards expended by your Leader effect, while lowering the power of the remaining small Characters.
If you can gather several, you'll seize control of the game.

Once you've halted attacks with the Leader effect, use "OP07-078 Megaton Nine-Tails Rush" for a rapid attack!
The Leader isn't limited by [Once Per Turn], so you can stop another Character with each attack.
If you set the Character Foxy to active, you'll finish off the game with a mighty volley!
