FEATURE
RECOMMENDED DECKS(Black) Rob Lucci
Concept
Rob Lucci reappears as a Leader in his white attire in this deck. If you use the Leader effect to steadily increase the cards in your trash, you'll be able to make stable use of effects utilizing cards there. By mixing the previous {CP9} type cards with the new {CP0}, you'll be able to push back your opponent with more powerful K.O. methods.

Deck Breakdown
Early Game
The newly-added {CP0} cards are key to this reborn Rob Lucci deck.
"OP03-08 Spandam" has a great draw method that can search for both {CP9} and {CP0} cards.
"OP03-09 Air Door," a strong card in {CP9} decks, is made even stronger with {CP0}.
If you can play "OP07-093 Rob Lucci," you'll definitely be able to steal away your opponent's resources.
Mid Game
The Leader "OP07-079 Rob Lucci" has a [When Attacking] effect perfect for black decks that lets you build your trash while lowering Character cost.
"OP07-096 Tempest Kick" and "OP05-093 Rob Lucci," which normally take some work to use, can be put to great use here.
Expand your presence on the field while K.O.ing the opponent's small and medium characters.
The [Main] effect of "OP07-096 Tempest Kick" lets you choose an opponent's character to lower cost for after looking at your drawn card.
It may be a good idea to rely on it when you don't have a K.O. method in your hand, or before using "OP03-094 Air Door."
End Game
Once you've built up K.O. methods, you can push ahead with the K.O. effects of large characters.
If you use your Leader to lower cost, you can cut through the opponent's strength using "OP07-118 Sabo."
"OP07-085 Stussy's" [On Play] effect lets you K.O. even cost-10 Characters, but sacrifices one of your own to do so.
Use low-cost Characters like the leftover "OP03-086 Spandam" or the Leader-strengthening "OP07-088 Hattori" to do so.
