Deck Breakdown

"EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi" can be rested to give up to one of your opponent's Characters −2000 power, then give up to 1 of your Characters without a [When Attacking] effect [Rush].
Start by using "OP13-012 Nefeltari Vivi" to gather Characters who do not have [When Attacking] effects.
Look to secure Characters who complement your Leader well, with strong [On Play] effects such as "EB03-006 Nami".

"EB03-006 Nami" has an [On Play] effect that requires changing your Leader's power to 0 in order to draw a card, but this is not a problem with "EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi".
Use your Leader's [Activate: Main] to rest her even when she has 0 power and make the most of this effect.
If you then give "EB03-006 Nami" [Rush], you will be able to seize the advantage from the early game with a 7000 power attack.

Play "EB03-024 Nefeltari Vivi". "EB03-024 Nefeltari Vivi" has an [On Play] effect that allows you to play up to 1 {Alabasta} or {Straw Hat Crew} type Character card with a cost of 5 or less from your hand.
Used together with "EB03-006 Nami", who does not have a [When Attacking] effect, [Rush] in to attack with your Leader's effect while keeping a [Blocker] ready!
Attack while keeping your defenses up and aim to quickly seize the advantage.

"EB03-024 Nefeltari Vivi" has low power but is also a Character with [Blocker] that has a cost of 5.
She pairs well with the Leader "EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi", who has an effect that can prevent your Character with a base cost of 4 or more from being K.O.'d by trashing 1 card from your hand instead.
"EB03-024 Nefeltari Vivi" can be protected with this Leader effect even when activating her [Blocker] effect, giving you a potent and easy way to defend a high-power attacker.

"EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi" is a Leader who works well with big Characters who have [On Play] effects but not [When Attacking].
Use the [On Play] effect from "EB03-027 Marguerite" or "OP06-007 Shanks" to K.O. one of your opponent's Characters with 10000 power or less, and attack with [Rush] thanks to to your Leader's effect!
Your leader's effect can also reduce your opponent's Character's power by 2000. Attack your opponent's Characters, after reducing their power, with Characters who have been given [Rush], and defeat them one after another.

If you are not going to use the Leader's effect, you can of course attack with "EB03-001 Nefeltari Vivi" as well.
Remember to give your Leader DON!! cards and attack with all your allies on the decisive turn!
